Who we are
Creative Intouch is an India-based website, business systems and automation studio. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Creative Intouch. This policy covers creativeintouch.com and our handling of project enquiries and related correspondence. It does not replace the privacy arrangements agreed for a client project.
For privacy questions, requests or complaints, email jeswin@creativeintouch.com with “Privacy request” in the subject. This direct email is also available if an enquiry appears to have been filtered or you cannot use the website form.
Information we collect
What you provide
Our project brief collects your name, work email, optional phone or WhatsApp number, preferred contact method, and permission to contact you about the enquiry. It also asks about your business, industry, operating region, team size, website, brand assets, services needed, project goals, timing and decision-making role. You can add a short note.
We also receive information you send in subsequent correspondence. Required fields are marked; without them we may be unable to process your request. Please do not send passwords, payment credentials, identity documents or sensitive personal information through the project brief.
Technical and public information
Website and submission processing can involve IP addresses, browser and device information, approximate location and network information, language, timezone, submission timing and an enquiry reference. Our submission service can derive a pseudonymous marker from an IP address to help identify repeated requests. Our hosting provider also processes connection information to deliver and protect the site.
To assess an enquiry, we can review the business website you provide, public contact or company pages, and public domain, email-domain and website-history records. These checks can produce business descriptions, public contact details and verification notes.
How we use information
- Understand your enquiry, assess the requested services, prepare a proposal and communicate with you.
- Check enquiries for spam, abuse and inconsistencies, and prepare internal summaries.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the website and enquiry process.
- Measure website use and accepted form submissions.
- Meet applicable legal obligations and handle disputes or legal claims.
Where applicable law requires consent, processing is subject to that requirement. Where other legal grounds apply, these can include responding to your request, taking steps towards a contract, legitimate business interests and legal obligations.
A project enquiry is not a newsletter subscription. We use your selected contact method to discuss the enquiry; you can ask us to stop follow-up. Any future newsletter signup will be a separate choice.
Automated enquiry checks
Our enquiry workflow can combine form answers, selected technical signals and public business information with AI-assisted analysis to help identify genuine enquiries, requests needing review and possible spam. This can influence how an enquiry is routed internally. Contact details and project answers can be included in that analysis.
These checks can make mistakes. A submission confirmation does not mean a person has already reviewed your enquiry. To ask for a human recheck, email jeswin@creativeintouch.com and include your enquiry reference, if you have one.
Providers and disclosures
We use service providers to host and protect our website, manage business communications, analyse website use, and assist with enquiry assessment. These providers receive information needed for those activities, as described below:
- Website hosting and security providers process technical information to deliver and protect the site, and handle form submissions.
- Business email and communication providers process contact details, enquiry information and correspondence so we can manage and respond to requests.
- Enquiry-processing systems and infrastructure providers support verification, internal reports and notifications using enquiry details and relevant technical signals.
- AI service providers can process selected contact details, project answers, technical signals and public business information to assist with the enquiry assessment described above.
- Website analytics providers process technical and usage information to help us understand visits and form conversions, as explained in the Cookies and analytics section.
- Public business-information and domain-verification services support business-domain and website checks. These requests can disclose the domain being checked.
Internal email, reports and system logs can contain enquiry information. People authorised to handle the enquiry or maintain these systems may access it for those purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law or to address legal claims, fraud or threats to security.
Providers process information under their applicable terms and privacy arrangements. This policy does not promise that a provider never logs or retains information. Third-party services may process information in countries other than your own.
Storage and retention
We operate from India. Hosting, email, analytics, automation and AI services can process information internationally. Copies can exist in correspondence, reports, execution logs and backups.
We retain information for the purposes described here, considering the status of the enquiry or client relationship, operational and security needs, applicable record-keeping obligations and legal claims. Different systems and backup cycles can retain copies for different periods. Contact us to ask about information relating to your enquiry or to request deletion.
If the form offers a text-file download because delivery could not be confirmed, that downloaded copy is on your device. A transmission error does not always mean that no server copy was created.
Your choices and requests
You can contact us to request access to information about you, correction, deletion, a copy of information you provided, withdrawal of relevant consent, an end to follow-up, or a human recheck of an enquiry. Available statutory rights depend on your location and the law applicable to the processing.
Email jeswin@creativeintouch.com using the address associated with your enquiry where possible. Tell us what you need and provide an enquiry reference if available. We may ask for proportionate verification before disclosing or changing a record. Please do not send identity documents unless we explain why they are needed.
Withdrawal applies going forward and can affect our ability to continue an enquiry. Some information may need to be retained for a legal obligation, security purpose or claim. We will handle requests in line with applicable requirements and explain any relevant limits. You can also raise a complaint with us or, where available, the relevant supervisory authority.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and systems involved. No website, email or online service can be guaranteed completely secure. If you suspect a security issue involving your information, contact us directly without including passwords or other sensitive details.
Children and external sites
This website and its project enquiry service are intended for adults acting for businesses or organisations, not for children. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact us so we can investigate.
Portfolio, social and other external links lead to services with their own privacy policies. This policy does not cover their information handling. New tools or signup features will need their own relevant notices when introduced.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the website, our practices or applicable requirements change. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Where required, we will provide further notice or seek consent for a new use.
