These terms apply to creativeintouch.com, provided by Creative Intouch, an India-based website, business systems and automation studio. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.

Enquiries and client projects
Website content describes our capabilities and invites enquiries. Sending a brief, receiving an acknowledgement or discussing a project does not by itself create a service contract or guarantee that we will accept the work.
Project scope, deliverables, pricing, payment, schedules, support, ownership, cancellation and any refund arrangements are agreed separately in the relevant proposal or contract. These website terms do not replace those agreed terms.
Please provide accurate information that you are authorised to share. Do not submit confidential credentials or sensitive personal information through the brief. A submission confirmation indicates the website’s response, rather than a promise that a person has read or accepted the request.
Content and portfolio work
Website text, design, graphics and code are owned by Creative Intouch or used with permission, unless stated otherwise. You may browse the site and share links. Reproducing or redistributing material requires permission or another lawful basis.
Client names, logos, trademarks and project materials remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. A portfolio listing does not grant a licence to reuse them or imply an endorsement beyond the relationship described.
Client projects and independent concept studies are labelled separately. Concept studies are self-initiated explorations, not client commissions. Examples and capabilities are not guarantees of traffic, rankings, revenue or other business results.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site or enquiry form. This includes sending spam or unlawful material, impersonating another person, submitting information without authority, attempting unauthorised access, distributing malicious code, bypassing security controls, or disrupting the site or its services.
We may filter or restrict abusive requests to protect the service. If a genuine enquiry is incorrectly filtered, contact us by email for a recheck.
External links
Links to client sites, concept demonstrations, social platforms and other resources take you to services operated separately. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. We do not control their ongoing availability, content or information handling.
Availability and information
We aim to keep the site useful and accurate, but information can become outdated and errors can occur. We may update, suspend or remove content or features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation or that the website will meet a particular business need.

We may revise these website terms. The date at the top identifies the latest version. New website terms do not retrospectively change an existing project agreement.
